A game for soccer fans.  The real world statistics and connection to the EA store and sports news is at your finger tips.  Although great for fans, this game does not incite excitement into the gamers.  The game lacks graphic elements and focuses on mostly skill and objects which appear to be human soccer players on a screen.

I would like to give a warning before I begin this game review.

That’s right, internet connection is required.

The controls are also difficult to learn.  It’s like your going to school just to learn how to play this game.  Although you can play it like a zombie just kicking the ball back and forth from player to player or scoring the goals.  If controls aren’t learned; the game is difficult to play.

Adidas Live Season Feature: Sends real time updated player features automatically.  Lots of description on the EA store (eastore.ea.com).  Real world statistics of players and other products and information surrounding FIFA goes straight to the game for the players to see.

Gaming is just like stickmen on the screen.

Having a mouse to control is great.  Players will have to choose at game play menu.  Automatic player selection, when ball is kicked across screen makes players for easy play.  Mouse movement select.

Too many skills moves: i.e. -scoop turn, step-over right, kick left, pull back, rainbow, etc. (list goes on and on).

Graphic:                             4.0
Menu before start gameplay is great.  I wonder why the game says advance to game, why not start.  The game has many controls and selections.  The starting titles and movies look realistic and it seems that your going to play an epic soccer game of all time.  But the game actually begins, its like playing with stick men from above.  The game play graphics do not convey realistically.

Sound:                               8.0
The sound is good.  You get the feel of the Soccer play offs.  Especially for the cinematics and for the menu selections.

Replay Value:                   7.0

Requires internet activation.  Realistic graphics, music is great.  Has tutorial video “Great”.  Too many techniques, I’m all confused and I don’t play sports games that much either.  Makes me want to not play any more sports games.

Only good for FIFA sports updates.  If you want to find information on your favorite players.

Up to 20 gamers can play online in a single game.  Each player is then encouraged to play part of the team.  Working together and cooperating in order to defeat the opponent team.
